My stay at Mad River Barn was delightful! The owners, Andrew and Heather, were exceptionally kind and thoughtful. The room was spacious and included a unique configuration with a queen and four twin beds, perfect for families. I also appreciated the individual thermostat for room comfort, as well as the scrumptious made-to-order breakfast featuring fresh ingredients. The cozy setting of the pub, especially the grilled cheese sandwich, made for a lovely dining experience.

This place was just an excellent fit for a brief hiatus in Waitsfield with fantastic value for money. The owner gave us towels to dry our motorcycles off in the morning, which was a nice touch. Make sure to tip the hardworking staff during breakfast to show your appreciation.
